Baldr Consulting member Atlas Research is proud to be at the forefront of pioneering healthcare innovation through artificial intelligence (AI). We embarked on an ambitious journey with the National Artificial Intelligence Institute (NAII) of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), bringing together key stakeholders and experts to craft a 5-year strategic plan. This strategic plan leverages the power of AI to transform healthcare services for veterans, ensuring they receive the most advanced, efficient, and compassionate care possible. Our focus has been to work closely with NAII leadership to ensure that every strategic initiative is grounded in specific, measurable goals. These goals are designed to not only envision a future enhanced by AI but also to lay down the practical steps needed for operational implementation.

 Key to our approach is an ongoing process of evaluation and adaptation. By establishing quarterly reviews, we rigorously monitor our progress against the set strategic goals and objectives. This proactive approach allows us to stay aligned with our vision and make necessary adjustments to meet the evolving needs of veteran healthcare.
